Melissa is a 1980 pharmacist graduate from the University of Texas at Austin. She has pharmacist experience in retail, hospital, and long-term care sectors of pharmacy practice. Melissa, a member of ASCP and an MTS senior care pharmacist for almost 7 years, is the Regional Director of pharmacists for the MTS North/East Texas Region. She works closely with Corporate/Clinical nurses, DONs, and administrators to achieve the highest level of quality in the long-term patient care setting. She is passionate about the profession of pharmacy and loves her job, as well as her two adult children and two precious grandchildren!
Reshma Patel, PharmD

Reshma graduated from the University of Texas at Austin where she received her PharmD. For over fifteen years she has worked as a clinical and staff pharmacist. She has experience as a pharmacist in the hospital setting, long term acute care setting and as a senior care consultant pharmacist. She is also a member of ASCP and has a passion for improving the care of seniors in the community through medication management and education of staff and community members in the long term care settings. She currently works as a consultant pharmacist for MTS Inc.
Dana Hachtel, PharmD, BCGP
Dana graduated from Texas A&M Health Science Center with her PharmD after receiving a bachelor’s Degree in Biochemistry & Molecular Biology from Trinity University. She has been working as a senior care consultant pharmacist for MTS since 2012. She truly has a love for working with the geriatric population and the inter-professional teamwork that comes with providing medication management in the long term care setting. Outside of work, Dana enjoys yoga, golfing with her husband, and spending time with her family.
Laura Wohl, RPh

Laura Graduated from the University of Texas at Austin in 1980 and became a team member of the Dallas/East Texas region for MTS in 2016. She lives in Hurst, Texas. She works in a long-term care pharmacy and consults in long term care facilities since 1990 and was in retail pharmacy for 10 years prior to that. She is a member of ASCP. She started in long term care by volunteering in nursing facilities in high school and continues her passion for long term care resident and is passionate about caring for the elderly. She loves reading, travel and painting outside of pharmacy.
